Jin Ito is a cinematographer (Director of photography,DOP, DP) and photographer based in Tokyo. He works on various projects such as advertising campaigns, brand content, documentaries, and editorials, undertaking shoots throughout Japan andthe Asia-Pacific region(Singapore,Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and Austria)
After graduating from Osaka University of Arts, Department of Film Studies, he began his career as an assistant in photography and cinematography at PICT inc(Shooting Department of Dentsu).
He served as 1stAC to Kazunari Tajima, Saori Tsuji, and Yoshitaka Murakami before becoming independent as a cinematographer (Director of photography,DOP, DP) in 2015.
He joined Connection in June 2019.

Using cameras such as Hasselblad, Arri Alexa Mini LF, Sony Venice, and RED, he creates works with tailored looks for each project by utilizing anamorphic lenses and spherical lenses from Cooke, Arri, Zeiss, and others.
